Merry Christmas from Johnson & Couzins
21 December 2020
With the strangest year ever nearly behind us, we’re taking a moment. A moment to consider what we’ve achieved as a company, a community and a country.
While 2020 has been enormously challenging it has also presented us with great highs. There have been achievements that we as individuals, communities and Kiwis, can be proud of.
This year we’ve felt humbled by the support of our J&C community. Our staff have showed incredible loyalty, strength and resilience and our suppliers have bent over backwards to keep us moving. Our valued customers have inspired us – you have thrown your support behind our New Zealand designed and made products and our 100% Kiwi owned company. To you all, thank you.
This year J&C have not only survived, we have thrived. To be honest, it was unexpected. Our sales are up around 30% year on year, we’ve expanded our Auckland factory to keep up with demand and have opened a stunning new showroom for our Auckland customers to experience the J&C difference first hand.
As well as expanding our premise, this year we have also expanded our J&C team in Christchurch, Auckland and Nelson. To be able to grow our team and our business in such an environment is very humbling.
We wish you all a very joyous Christmas, one which we are lucky enough to be able to spend with friends and family, experiencing and enjoying New Zealand’s beautiful summer. The J&C crew are taking a break from 23 December until Tuesday 5 January 2021, when we’ll return fresh and eager for the year ahead - we don’t know exactly what it will bring but we know that with New Zealand behind us, it will be great.
